Il Premio Nobel per la “Pace” per l’Anno 2018 è stato assegnato “per i loro sforzi per mettere fine all’uso della violenza sessuale come arma in guerre e conflitti armati” al Medico Ginecologo, il Dottor Denis Mukwege di origine congolese ed all’attivista Nadia Murad, la giovane donna di origine irachena appartenente alla minoranza etnica “yazida”, ridotta in stato di schiavitù e tenuta sequestrata quando fu rapita dai miliziani dell’isis nel 2014.

La motivazione per cui è stato loro riconosciuto il premio è dovuta “per i loro sforzi per mettere fine all’uso della violenza sessuale come arma in guerre e conflitti armati”.

Protect the migrants and the refugees from the violences based on the differences of gender and on the essential violation of the fundamental human rights in the respect of the international and of the national conventions, of the rules and of the norms of the humanitarian law.

Protect the migrants and the refugees from the violences based on the differences of gender and on the essential violation of the fundamental human rights, developing and implementing the measures for the prevention and for the protection, for the security, for the fight against these actions in the political, in the public and in the social ambits, both at the institutional level and in the intentions and in the actions implemented from the people, are and constitute a humanitarian and a social duties of primary and indispensable global interest for the safety and the well-being of the people and of the communities.

The conditions and the situations concerning the human rights and the basic needs are really dramatic, the peoples and some ethnic and racial groups of some nations are in terrible conditions and the girls and the children are deprived of the affection of their parents and their families, their relatives, the care, the education and the schooling, the well-being and the medical, the mental and the social assistance and the spiritual and the religious assistance, an immediate humanitarian action is really necessary given the needs, the very critical and severe humanitarian primary and elementary needs.

It will not be tolerated and it will not have to be tolerated in any way those actions and comportments at the realization of the abuses, of the aggressions, of the deportations, of the devastation and of the destruction and of all the others actions of the intimidation, of the insults, of the threats, of the harassment, of the physical and of the genital mutilation, of the abuses, of the terrorism, of the torture and of the violence implemented in sexual and non-sexual, cultural, ethnic, religious or racial purposes, these actions are and must be considered, these comportments must be prosecuted, censored and condemned, execrated as crimes, as delicts against the dignity and against all the humanity.

The Europeans and the world governmental and political councilors and the leaders at national, international and transnational level should and could open safe and legal channels and routes for the migrants and for the refugees so that they can reach and possibly legally immigrate, so spend their money and invest their assets in the countries of the European Union and of the world therefore seek asylum and refuge from the persecutions and from the violences inflicted in their nations of origin to start a new safe and dignified life, instead of delivering their life savings to the criminal smugglers and merchants and to the traffickers of the slavery and of the death.

Non saranno e non dovranno essere tollerati in alcun modo quelle azioni e quei comportamenti finalizzati al compimento degli abusi, delle aggressioni, delle deportazioni, delle devastazioni e delle distruzioni e di tutte le altre azioni di intimidazione, delle ingiurie, delle minacce, delle molestie, delle mutilazioni fisiche e genitali, dei soprusi, del terrorismo, delle torture e delle violenze attuate a scopo sessuale e non sessuale, culturale, etnico, religioso o razziale, questi sono e devono essere considerati, dovranno essere perseguiti, censurati e condannati, esecrati come crimini, come delitti contro la dignità e contro tutta lʼumanità.

I consiglieri ed i dirigenti governativi e politici europei e mondiali, a livello nazionale, internazionale e transnazionale dovrebbero e potrebbero aprire canali e vie sicure e legali per i migranti e per i rifugiati in modo che essi possano raggiungere ed eventualmente immigrare in modo legale quindi spendere, avendone la disponibilità, i loro soldi, investire i loro averi nei Paesi dellʼUnione Europea e del mondo quindi cercare asilo e rifugio dalle persecuzioni e dalle violenze inflitte nelle loro nazioni di origine per iniziare una nuova vita sicura e dignitosa, invece di consegnare i loro risparmi di una vita ai criminali contrabbandieri ed ai mercanti, ai trafficanti della schiavitù e della morte.

“Let Me Be Myself: The Story of the Life of Anne Frank” is an exhibition about the celebrated young writer, from the year of her birth in the 1929 up to the year of her death occured in the camp of concentration of Bergen-Belsen in the 1945.
It will include a replica of her famous diary and a scale model of the hiding place. The exhibition connects her story to experiences of discrimination and exclusion today, based on interviews with youth with diverse identities.

This event of cultural and historical commemoration and remembrance is presented by the European Union and the Switzerland in cooperation with the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam in Netherlands.

Rejecting any form of denial of the Holocaust as a historical event, either in full or in part, the General Assembly of the United Nations has adopted the text of the Resolution (A/RES/60/7) that with the unanimous consensus of all the parties agreed condemns “without reserve” all the manifestations of ethnic, racial and religious intolerance, incitement to the hate, to the persecution and to the violences, harassment or violence against persons or communities based on ethnic or racial and religious origin for abject beliefs and purposes, whenever they occur.

The Members States of the United Nations in the course of the text of the Resolution have declared that the United Nations would designate the date of the 27^th of January as the anniversary of the liberation of the camp for the concentration and for the death of Auschwitz as an “Annual International Day” of the Commemoration in memory of the victims of the Holocaust, of the Shoah”, and have urged the Members States to develop some educational programmes to instill the memory of the tragedy in the future generations of the peoples to prevent genocides from occurring again. It has requested to the Secretary-General of the United Nations to establish an outreach programme on “the Holocaust and the United Nations”, as well as institute measures to mobilize the civil society for the remembrance of the Holocaust and for the education and for the instruction, in order to help to prevent future acts of genocide.

The Holocaust was and it is a turning point in the course of the history, which has prompted the world to say “never again”. The significance of the Resolution A/RES/60/7 is that it calls for a remembrance of past crimes with an eye towards preventing them in the future.

«Today we remember the six million Jewish men, women and children who are perished in the Holocaust. Countless others also lost their lives as cruelty convulsed the world.
Yet decades since the Second World War, we see the persistence of anti-Semitism and an increase in other forms of prejudice.
Neo-Nazis and white supremacy groups are among the main purveyors of extreme hatred.
And too often, vile views are moving from the margins to the mainstream of the societies and of the politics.
We must stand together against the normalization of hate.
Whenever and wherever the values of the humanity are abandoned, we are all at risk.
All of us have a responsibility to quickly, clearly and decisively resist racism and violence.
Through education and understanding, we can build a future of dignity, human rights and peaceful coexistence for all».
